As per Guidelines of CBSE we celebrate Fit India Week in our school. In this various activities were performed day by day. First Day A Yoga Class for Students was arranged and Second day Free hand Exercise Done by students. Day Three Fitness Assessment was done, Fourth Day Dance and Gardening Activities was performed by students and remaining fifth and sixth day students performed other fitness related activities. During these days students get awareness about their fitness. We hope this programme will help the students for their future fitness.
